On 14th August 2006, uganda telecom handed the national rugby coaching director, a top of the class business phone in the Nokia E Series class.

The Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Hans Paulsen handed over the E61 Nokia handset to Mr Williams and also offered the rugby coach monthly airtime of 100 US dollars. This offer makes uganda telecom the communications provider for the Rugby Coach.
